What a session - as god as it gets. Well powered with my 5m sail and 85 ltr wave board. In fact a 4.5 would have been plenty but the 5m was fine.

Glorious sunshine and of course the Ynyslas Super Chop! I headed over towards Aberdyfi and made the most of the high tide for some long reaches back and forth towards the Leri. There was a bit of swell running through the channel and over the point as well.

A couple of people came out kitesurfing from Ynyslas. I then spotted a couple of sails launching from Aberdyfi too so had a couple of windsurfers to drag race across the chop.

The lack of rain lately meant that the sea was a gorgeous turquoise colour and super clear too which gave everything a tropical look, even if the 6ºC air temp meant that it wasn't quite tropical.

Perfect conditons and a perfect start to the day.
